On the Fringe

When Winnipeg Fringers need a change of pace and wish to enjoy a free cup of elicious coffee while viewing the work of local artists, Outworks Art Gallery is the lace to be. Curator and Winnipeg artist, Susan Birdwise, has invited members and friends of the Gallery to participate in ‘On the Fringe’ and to rise to the challenge of creating:

1. Art that Fits in a Suitcase
2. Art that Doesn’t Fit in a Suitcase

Over 20 Winnipeg artists are participating in this exciting exhibition and sale of oils, acrylics, watercolours, encaustics, sculpture, ceramics, photography, ink jet prints, ithographs, monoprints and sound installation.

Drop by the gallery to see artists working ‘en plein air’ on McDermot Avenue, and enjoy your complimentary coffee while visiting Outworks on the 3rd floor of 290 cDermot.
An Artists’ Reception will be held July 18th at 7:30 P.M.
